This was for a high end defense contractor so what we can tell is limited: The process required the soldering of parts under a full vacuum, thus we added heat to the process via high frequency waves. The parts are assembled and the glass vacuum bowls placed over the parts. After this the products are soldered one by one by a servo driven HF generator. After the whole batch has been soldered the products are removed and soldering continues in the other soldering chamber.
