Upgrading a vacuum moulding machine
Our customer needed a power upgrade for their vacuum-moulding machine. Together with Integron, our sister company specialised in hydraulics all the pneumatic controls and actuators were replaced with hydraulic upgrades. To ensure the machine could handle the power upgrade our mechanical engineers checked and calculated the structural frame strength. The upgraded machine can now handle larger parts and deeper draws and continues to function smoothly.
